T-MATIC is OVIT’s new solvent parts washer, an evolution of the SL-Matic Series, designed for washing components used in flexographic and gravure printing — such as ink fountains, ink trays, guards and other mechanical parts. A multi-zone solution conceived for those seeking high performance, operational flexibility and consistently effective cleaning cycles.

Multiple asynchronous cycles for maximum productivity

Thanks to one or more independent washing tunnels and a centralised management system, T-MATIC allows multiple asynchronous cycles to be run: up to three sets of components can be processed simultaneously or in succession, increasing hourly productivity compared with systems offering similar useful volumes but only a single access point. When the workload is lighter, a single washing chamber can be used, optimising consumption.

Independent sections to prevent cross-contamination

Each zone has its own storage tank for washing and rinsing solvent, so as to prevent cross-contamination and ensure consistent, uniform results. The functional independence of the sections guarantees thorough cleaning and operational continuity, cycle after cycle.

Intelligent PLC control and certified safety

Intelligent cycle control via PLC manages the sequences without interference between the washing chambers, making operation automated, safe and intuitive. The machine is engineered to the highest safety standards and is CE and ATEX zone 1 certified, an essential requirement for use with solvents in industrial environments.
