Description

The Aniloxmatic is designed to offer a highly effective and safe cleaning method for both sleeve and cylinder anilox rollers. It guarantees maximum precision at every stage of the washing process. Built with robust materials and high-quality components, it is perfect for those who want reliability, ease of use and excellent performance. The washing cycle consists of three distinct phases:

1- Detergent washing. In the first phase, a specific detergent is recirculated from an integrated stainless steel tank. This tank is equipped with a heating system that improves the detergent’s effectiveness, helping to dissolve residual ink on the anilox. A dedicated pump ensures a constant, uniform flow of detergent, while filters purify the product from any contaminants.

2- High-pressure washing. In the next phase, the anilox is washed with a high-pressure system. A nozzle moves horizontally along the surface of the anilox, ensuring complete and uniform coverage. During this process, the anilox keeps rotating, ensuring that all surfaces are thoroughly washed. The water used for rinsing also comes from a stainless steel tank and is kept free of impurities thanks to a closed-loop filtration system.

3 – Compressed air drying. In the final phase, a nozzle removes the last drops of water from the anilox using compressed air. This step ensures the anilox is completely dry and ready to be used or stored for future reuse.

The machine is equipped with an integrated PLC that allows precise, customised control of all washing cycle parameters. The touch screen operator panel offers an intuitive interface, with the ability to set up different custom washing cycles, monitor the process in real time and ensure every anilox is cleaned to the highest quality standards.

The Aniloxmatic anilox washer makes the operator’s work more efficient, reduces chemical product consumption and improves the washing process in order to achieve consistent print quality. It also eliminates operator exposure to chemicals, ensuring a healthier and safer working environment.

To increase productivity, ANILOXMATIC is also available in a new version designed for the simultaneous washing of two anilox rollers. The ability to clean two anilox rollers in the same washing cycle speeds up job changeovers and optimises the entire production process. This configuration is particularly suited to flexographic printing companies with high production volumes, frequent colour changes and numerous job changeovers, as well as to plants that want to manage multiple printing machines with a single washing system.

Over time, Ovit has developed a line of detergents specific to anilox cleaning, capable of quickly removing various types of ink (solvent, UV and water-based). These products can be heated, are long-lasting and prevent foam from forming inside the machine and its tanks.
