Solvent recirculation: efficiency and optimised consumption

At the heart of SL MATIC is the solvent recirculation system, which allows the solvent to be reused throughout the washing cycle. In this way solvent consumption is optimised with no compromise on quality, ensuring thorough, uniform cleaning of every part treated and reducing running costs.

Uniform washing and rinsing with clean solvent

The horizontal movement of the trolley and the nozzles designed to spray the solvent evenly ensure complete coverage of every surface and effective soil removal. At the end of the cycle, the parts can be rinsed with clean solvent for even more refined, repeatable results. The spent solvent can be distilled and reused for further washing operations.

Operator safety and ATEX certification

Once washing is complete, the solvent vapour extraction phase is activated before the chamber is opened, protecting the operator’s health. Made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, with 100% pneumatic operation and cycle management by pneumatic logic, SL MATIC guarantees a high level of safety and is ATEX certified, an essential requirement for use with solvents.

The lid, which slides open horizontally on solvent-resistant guides, ensures safe and reliable closure without the use of rubber gaskets, otherwise subject to wear and damage.

The machine requires minimal maintenance and can be customised with various accessories.
