LA MATIC is OVIT’s automatic water and detergent washing machine, designed for the industrial washing of parts, including large ones, without resorting to solvents. It combines consistent performance with a thorough, uniform and environmentally friendly cleaning process, ideal for those seeking reliability and reduced consumption.

Liquid recirculation: efficiency and water savings

At the heart of LA MATIC is the washing liquid recirculation system, which continuously reuses the water and detergent solution throughout the cycle. This makes it possible to optimise detergent consumption and reduce water waste, cutting running costs with no compromise on cleaning quality.

Uniform washing and final rinsing

The horizontal movement of the trolley and the nozzles designed to distribute the liquid evenly ensure complete coverage of every surface and effective soil removal, with repeatable results in every cycle. Once washing is complete, a rinse with clean water can be carried out to obtain residue-free parts, ready for subsequent processing stages.

Reliable construction and PLC control

Made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, corrosion-resistant and easy to maintain over time, LA MATIC offers electro-pneumatic operation and cycle management via PLC for automated, safe and intuitive use.

The closing lid slides horizontally on chemical-resistant guides, which ensure sealing without the use of rubber gaskets — components otherwise subject to wear and to damage during the loading and unloading of parts. The lid is fitted with a locking system that keeps it securely closed throughout the washing cycle.

The machine guarantees high safety standards for the operator and can be customised with various accessories, adapting to the specific production requirements of each company.
